Q: How many services are there for SIBKL 30th Anniversary?
A: There are 2 services (1st hour is pre-service party).
Morning Service [9.30am – 12.30pm]
Afternoon Service [3.30pm – 6.30pm]
Q: Is the program the same for both Morning and Afternoon Service?
A: Yes, the same program will run for both services.
Q: How much is the ticket?
A: The ticket is FREE!
Q: Do I need a ticket to attend SIBKL 30th Anniversary at MegaStar Arena?
A: Yes, entry is by ticket ONLY.

Upon successful booking, you will receive your e-ticket in your email. You MUST bring your e-ticket on 7th July. NO ENTRY without a ticket.
Note: Have your e-ticket ready in your handphone or print it out before you go to MegaStar Arena.
Q: What time can I enter MegaStar Arena on 7th July?
A: Doors open at 8.30am [Morning Service] & 2.30pm [Afternoon Service].
Q: What if I come late?
A: Tickets will be released when service starts.
Your ticket will NO LONGER BE VALID at 10.30am/4.30pm, and your seat will be released.
Q: I am bringing my children. Do I have to book tickets for them too?
A: Yes, if your children require seats, then tickets must be booked.
Q: Can I book seats after arriving at the venue?
A: NO, booking seats are restricted. Please come early.
Q: There are several ticket types available for booking. Which one should I book?
A: You should book according to:
1. The church that you attend regularly (SIBKL Main Church/ LifeGen/ W@TR/ Sg Buloh), AND;
2. The service you are going to attend (Morning or Afternoon service) on 7th July*.
Please choose one service only.
*Take note SIBKL cells are assigned to a specific service.
Example 1:
I attend SIBKL Main Church regularly and my cell is under Pr Jeffrey’s district.

Example 2:
I attend SIBKL Main Church’s Chinese service.
Ticket type to book: SIBKL Main Church – Morning Service: 9.30am – 12.30pm

Q: Is there seat limitation at MegaStar Arena?
A: Yes. Ticketing will close once it is fully booked.
There will be a “WAITING LIST” in place. http://tiny.cc/30waitinglist
Once tickets become available, we will notify individuals at the top of the list to claim their ticket.
Kindly only book the number of tickets with confirmed attendance.
Q: I attend SIBKL Main Church services. Can I book other church plants’ tickets?
A: No, the tickets are specifically for respective church plants’ congregants, with limited seats for each congregation.
Q: I have accidentally deleted my e-ticket, who should I contact?
A: Please email sibkl30@sibkl.org.my for further assistance.
Q: I have booked a ticket but I did not receive any e-ticket in my email.
